Mathematics

The Mathematics department here at Holy Trinity Catholic High School has a lot to offer students within a wide range of abilities.

We have 5 full time Math teachers, 2 sets of TI-83+ graphing calculators and full class sets of textbooks for all academic and University level courses. We also actively encourage students to participate in the University of Waterloo Math Contests for students in grades 9 through 12. Our staff works hard to stay up-to-date on new technology, and best teaching practices so that the students receive the best possible foundation for their future studies.

Math help is available daily at lunch for both junior and senior students.

TVO Mathify is a FREE online math help resource for students in Grades 7-10. TVO Mathify provides FREE, live one-on-one tutoring from Ontario teachers.

TVO Mathify is funded by the Ontario government and administered by TVO.
