Grade 8 to 9 Transition

Holy Trinity Catholic High School are leaders in personalizing the transition from grade 8 to grade 9. There are more than fourteen events that occur throughout each year inviting increased communication and interaction between elementary feeder schools and their secondary counterpart. This transition process is facilitated by the Student Success Teacher, Mrs. Marta Fry.
